6:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Students and teachers from Chuo University in Tokyo are back in Sydney on their annual programme learning about diversity and human rights and will be hosting a party again with members and friends of the Blue Mountains Refugee Support Group on 24th Feb.
Like last year (see photos), we will be in the groups room at Katoomba YHA with access to the kitchen there for cooking and will have a cosmopolitan selection of food including, we hope, Afghan, Japanese, Tamil and Vietnamese! And once again, this will be a chance for Japanese students and members of the BMRSG to meet and learn together about the situation for refugees and asylum seekers, and other human rights issues, in Japan and Australia.
Doors open at 6.00pm with food from about 6.30pm.
Please RSVP to George Winston at BMRSG firstname.lastname@example.org if you can join us.
And bring a dish with you to share if you can!
